Co-op Vital Signs: Is Your Co-op Distressed?

The goal of this class is to identify ways to fix an HDFC’s stress, no matter what the root causes.  When UHAB works with a distressed HDFC, we begin with a financial analysis, then review the improvement needs of building systems and the organizational cohesion of the board.  This examination allows us to create a rescue plan.  We will review this analysis and these topics in this session.
