A tale of modern homesteading
The building at 320 Sterling St. in Brooklyn was immortalized in the movie The Super, after a judge sentenced the landlord to live in the squalor he'd created back in 1988. 

Thanks to UHAB, the building has become a rags-to-riches fairy tale.
