To apply for one or more of the UHAB-sponsored opportunities, you must attend a Cooperative Homeownership workshop. Attendance at this workshop will give you all the information you need to apply to purchase shares in a newly renovated HDFC Cooperative.

If you do not have access to a computer or email address, RSVP by calling the Co-op Apartments and Homeownership Line at (212) 479-3333. Please note that if you RSVP by phone, you must get a verbal or written confirmation from a UHAB employee to be fully registered for the event. Please allow several days for a response to your RSVP.

Please be advised that UHAB-sponsored HDFC co-ops are being created to serve the needs of low-income individuals. See specific building listings for income restriction information.
