Fuel Options for Your HDFC
It's important to know your fuel options as new city legislation phases out the use of No. 6 and No. 4 heating oil.
If your building currently uses Number 6 oil this is the last year you will be able to renew your tri‐annual (3 year) boiler certificate; by 2015 you must be using a different type of fuel.

Double Scam Alert
There are many corporate scams that are circulating via mail-- if your HDFC receives a request for compliance related to lead paint inspections or for your corporate minutes, be wary of notices that appear official but do not identify any agencies. Know what to look out for!
